We strive to organise block bookings where we can show your house
to more than one potential purchaser in a set block booking. This is kind of like an
open house but more structured and organised. Viewings will only take place once
we have vetted the purchaser that the property is what they are looking for and they have the means to purchase.
We always strive to get as many offers as possible for
each property and we will always be open about the offers and give helpful
assistance with regards to the solidity of an offer. The price is always forefront in
everyone’s mind but there numerous variables to consider when accepting an offer. Sometimes the highest offer isn’t always the right offer to accept for example if they are stuck in a chain and can’t buy until they sell their house, it maybe worth
considering the next offer where the buyer isn’t stuck in a chain. This all depends on your circumstance and in the end, it is always your choice.

Once the conveyancing has been completed and both parties are happy the
